Ask our men and women of @CBP, @ICE, and law enforcement about the cartels. They know. They hear the bullets crack across the river in the early morning hours.

stash houses to extract more ransom from their families back home. I've watched videos of these groups beating migrants within an inch of their lives that they send to families for more ransom. It is disgusting. It is happening in Texas and around the U.S.
