No surprise that Texas is the best state for women (or anyone) to start their own business? Why? Texas promotes innovation, entrepreneurship, and rewards business owners, rather than stymieing them with regulation and higher taxes.

You mean the women who haven’t died in childbirth or lost all their health insurance or been sexually assaulted by a boss or shot by a boyfriend or lost their home in hurricane?! Because our state is doing a great job of NOT preventing these disasters or supporting these victims.
