No but you have to admit that DHS, ICE, CBP is a mess and has been for several Administrations. Bad Mgt, bad actors, even with money can’t meet their hiring targets. It is part of your job to do Congressional oversight, not deflect.
It is important to make one thing clear to the protesters attacking @ICEgov: ICE is not the enemy, dangerous Mexican drug cartels and the anti-American forces aiding them are.
