Today, I put forth an amendment to make it easier for federal agencies to award good employees and remove poor performers. The amendment codifies the WH EO to promote accountability and streamline removal procedures consistent w/ merit system principles.https://bit.ly/2U15WNY
Workers that are held accountable make any business run more effectively and efficiently. That is how it works in the private sector. That is how it should work in the government.
Great amendment! I’ve worked 20 yrs private sector/9 years Federal. I’m amazed at what goes on in govt. The poor performers are just put out to pasture...in- house retirement collecting full pay. I also must stress that there are MANY hardworking fed employees.
Say that again. This time, thinking about the office and operations of the presidency.
That’s why we want accountability. To hold everyone responsible for their actions. We won’t deflect to more baseless investigations of President Trump. Time to turn the tables. And turn they are.
