The census isn't about voters. It is about who lives in the US. You would know that if you read or cared about the Constitution.

He's right. The Census counts all persons, not just voters. You are a sitting congressman and you're literally scoffing at the idea of performing the Census the way the Constitution says to perform it. What an embarrassment you are.
