.@CBP came out with statistics yesterday that need more attention:
• 76,103 total apprehensions at our southwest border in February--an 11-year high.
• 70 large groups comprised of 100 or more individuals have been apprehended at our border in FY 2019 ...
... For comparison, CBP encountered 13 large groups in FY2018 and 2 in FY2017. • Over 300 percent increase in the number of family units apprehended in FY2019 compared to the same time frame in FY2018.
@CBP_McAleenan said it best yesterday when he described the state of our border as "at the breaking point."

We need to think less in terms of apprehending people and more in terms of helping people. This is not rocket science. We are not vulnerable. We are the strongest country on the planet. This is not an emergency (other than political). We are better than what we’re doing now.

My oh my, you only speak about the hell hole we are in, getting the hell outta here, with the truest form of hate/rage during Cohen testimony. But now we are back to I'm a good guy type tweet. Not when you have that rage in you and then want to play nice. I watched. It's rage!!!
