We are in the planning stages for town hall events in Austin and look forward to announcing those events when they are ready. None of the statutes under the NEA in use by the executive branch would provide legal grounds for actions around the debate over gun control or climate.

I believe the courts will need to rule on the legal grounds for the current declaration. If the courts rule in favor of the administration a precedent will be set.
