According to Democrats, illegals will come forward if ICE won't arrest/deport them. But legal residents won't come forward if they fear death by cartels, which dems protect by keeping border open. Dems protect illegals under any circumstance, regardless of their illicit intent.

Mexico will pay! Go get the check, Chip. Show ‘em who’s boss! Eminent domain forever! Confiscate that privately owned land to build the wall!
