The house and senate can pass a bipartisan budget (they have the votes) but
@senatemajldr won't bring it to the floor unless they bow to Man-Baby Trump's demands -
@SpeakerPelosi passed the very same bill the Republicans passed 3 weeks ago ... and now Trump tweets 2020 and GOP refuses to take the same vote. GOP will hurt any and every American just to win votes. Sick!
