The Cares Act included in an inequitable spending formula that left out states that have higher populations per capita. The consequences are now leaving the sixth an expected loss between $500,000 to $1.5 million in revenue per week.

I hope leadership includes truly fair, equal per-capita distribution of funds to all states, territories, and districts in the next COVID19 package.
