For far too long, Americans across this country have faced financial hardship when they take time off work to care for a new child or a loved one battling a health crisis.http://bit.ly/2P5dLxR

Last year, Congress acted on this issue by ensuring that all federal employees have 12 weeks of paid family leave, starting in October 2020. But federal workers across the country are facing these important family matters now & need this benefit to avoid dire financial straits.

That’s why I am proud to join my colleagues, @RepCindyAxne, @RepDonBacon & @RepPeteKing to send a bipartisan letter requesting that multiple federal agencies make accommodations for their employees as soon as possible.

If Bernie has his way we will all be working for the government and making nothing. Just taking what the government hands us. All they ask is to just trust them, they know best. While they all have golden Cadillac healthcare plans.

Rep Casten the ACA has made healthcare care less available in this country. People have insurance but no primary doctor as the insurance changes each year. The grand choice is now reduced to one or two insurers in each state. And costs haven’t changed. Yet congress is exempt.

Would you force small employers with a few employees to pay for them?
