The #ClimateCrisis is not only a threat to our environment, public health & financial sector, it is also a threat to our national & homeland security and we must actively plan for these challenges.

That’s why I was proud to vote for a bipartisan bill last night that would direct @DHSgov to take #ClimateChange into account when crafting homeland security policies & emergency planning, as well as provide adequate funding to respond to these threats.
