Only 5 states, including Illinois, have taken action to stop these practices that endanger the welfare of our children. It is time for Secretary @BetsyDeVosED to step up and keep all of our nation’s children safe at school.

Understanding and guiding children proply prevents behaviours escalating. Behaviours are created as a coping strategy. Because the child carnt do what's expected. But then goes on to become a habit for the child also others reacting to the child through igrance.
