The @usedgov exists to protect students, not those institutions defrauding students. That’s why I was proud to vote for H.J. Res 76 this morning, to protect defrauded students and get them the relief they desperately need.

If the resolution doesn't pass both chambers and gets the go-ahead from Trump, DeVos' rule would apply to all federal student loans made on or after July 1, 2020. Not retroactive

It's a shame. We should close all for-profit colleges and federalize our state run university system to ensure fairness in admissions, cost, and quality.
