My amendment will require the Bank to develop and maintain measures to limit greenhouse gas emissions and prioritize the financing of projects that reduce CO2 emissions.

These heightened standards directly fight the effects of #ClimateChange, modernize the Bank to ensure its mission to support American jobs, and strengthen our small businesses in the process.

No they don't. There is nothing you can legislate that will in any way modify the natural changes in climate. It always has and always will change. What your legislation will do is slow or reverse our good economy into one that resembles Venezuela.
