I want to be clear: this is wrong. This legal challenge is nothing more than a political attack made by an administration that routinely denies established facts, dismisses science, and puts our nation, our children, and our future at risk with their continued inaction.
As the rest of the world upholds the #ParisAgreement, this President is lashing out at states for taking #ClimateActionNow. We cannot be the only nation to not act. That is why I am proud to sit on the @ClimateCrisis Committee to help develop an action plan to tackle this crisis.
While our President may not, I stand with science. I stand with truth. I stand with those fighting for #ClimateActionNow. And I stand with California.
