That is all and good, but colleges will still keep raising tuition costs because they know they will be paid. Solving nothing in regards to lowering costs.

Appreciated, needs to be addressed but seriously; Nixon=Saint compared to Trump. Total focus on this is needed with his daily brazen constitutional violations and criminality at levels never seen. After removing this criminal and utter embarrassment to America, you've time then.
