Climate change is inevitable. Atmospheric CO2 concentrations don't become even the slightest concern until they crack 1000 ppm. Your bill is likely to do nothing but spawn the next generation of "green energy" rent seekers. Fission & Fusion are the only long term solutions.
This is awesome, but with so many consequences of not doing anything for the past 30 years now inevitable, I think its time for national scale plans to protect our coastlines and at risk communities before people start dying and our economy collapses.
