I was proud to join my colleagues to pass this permanent authorization and reaffirm our nation’s obligation to never forget as we honor the service and sacrifice of our 9/11 heroes and their families.

We, including the voters in Utah and Kentucky, will never forget. We will remember the two Senators, Rand Paul and; Mike Lee, who voted against funding these real patriots. Votes have consequences.
