We need #OTA so that we can conduct the necessary research to fully understand all positive and negative aspects of these new emerging technologies so that members of Congress can create meaningful policies that address these issues.
In April, I testified before the @AppropsDems to revive the #OTA. My work on this issue, along with several of my colleagues has led to the inclusion of funding for the OTA in the Legislative Branch Appropriations Bill.http://bit.ly/2M4Labb
