The ACA created junk insurance. It is slowly fixing itself, but the plans that I could 'choose' were JUNK.

I'm one one of your constituents. When I was on Obamacare I got screwed. My monthly payments were significantly higher than my highest mortgage payment. ACA is garbage health insurance PERIOD.
