I wonder if the "net neutrality" we had for a short period of time had anything to do with our quick decline to second place behind the Chinese and their 5G network. I do know that R&D was significantly reduced by the network providers.

#NetNeutrality was repealed.
What the Chinese do is considerably different because the government is putting tax dollars up to make it happen. We've done that here in USA for 25+ years, but ISPs, like AT&T, have not been held accountable. - 2 more replies
