Sorry, re registration requirements, rational on types of gun ownerships, etc. They are logical. We do not have to invent the wheel here. Use other countries as examles and utilize their same rationales. Thanks. I also think shoots outs call for gun sweeps, removal, penalties

You are trying to hide guns control in VAWA. Also I watched a 2+hour video of the Judiciary committee discuss amendments to VAWA. Mr. Buck proposed an amendment so women could get gun training. Since he is a Republican it was voted down.

Given he was a convicted felon why was Gary Martin issued a FOID card? He then purchased a firearm with that FOID card. When martin applied for a concealed carry permit it was discovered he was a felon and his FOID was revoked. Why was his firearm not confiscated?
