According to @benshapiro, “It fails to take into account job choice, time in the workforce, hours worked, or any other factor that would remove the vast bulk of the pay gap.” Is that a true statement, Sean? Would love to hear your study/stats on the subject.
April 2 is #EqualPayDay, when women’s wages catch up to what men were paid in the previous year. Last week, I was proud to join my colleagues to pass the #PaycheckFairnessAct, a historic bill to ensure #EqualPayForEqualWork.
