By making elections clean and fair, you must mean having voter ID requirements. I can’t think of a larger foreign influence on our SACRED right to vote than non-citizens voting in the US
IDs might help prevent in-person voter fraud, but there are scant examples of this actually happening. Non citizens cannot vote, but they can funnel money through dark channels & PACs that are not required to report their donors to influence the votes of citizens. Bigger threat.
