Yesterday, Congress secured funding for 55 miles of border wall to be constructed where it is most desperately needed - but that doesn’t go far enough. We have a humanitarian and security emergency on our southern border, and our President is addressing that crisis.

West Virginia has been hit especially hard by illegal drugs smuggled across our southern border. Just two weeks ago, Customs and Border Protection seized enough fentanyl to kill every person in West Virginia 32 times over. If that’s not an emergency, then I don’t know what is.

No, WV has been hit hard by big pharma legally bring in enough drugs to give every man woman and child, 433 oxy's. That bust you spoke of was at a POE, but due to lack of equipment, lack of people, on 2% of traffic is checked. One loss is worth the risk, cause 98% get through

Maybe before you open your mouth and embarrass yourself (and state) with your ignorance, you should read the facts. The bust was made at a port of entry which means border patrol did their job well. Most drugs are brought in through legal ports of entry.
