Make no mistake, Trump and his anti-immigrant administration wants to punish communities with significant minority populations and scare them into not filling out the Census.

It is not an attack it is a question about citizenship.
There are a lot of people living, working and going to school here who are not citizens. Many are not breaking laws and have no reason to feel attacked.
