The Administration's plan to eliminate the @EPA's Office of Science Advisor (OSA) undermines the agency's ability to make informed, fact-based decisions when crafting policies that protect our air & water. My colleagues and I wrote to @EPAAWheeler urging him to preserve the OSA.
