There is no money in the bill for Planned Parenthood. The bill does include the Hyde amendment to prevent any taxpayer money from being used to perform abortions.

These omnibus bills have got to go. To fund the military, pass a bill to specifically fund the military. Want infrastructure, pass a bill specifically to fund infrastructure. Past time to quit with the "everything and the kitchen sink" bills. Spending continues out of control.
