Hey Congressmen Byrne, tell the truth...$200 billion from the government. Hoping to get money from states and private companies for the other 1.3 trillion. 1.5 trillion, was just added to deficit with the tax cut...could have paid for the whole plan if you all had any sense.

I’m glad to see our infrastructure get some much needed attention also. I feel our national deficit needs attention also. We can continue to spend like drunken sailors and expect it to ever pay off.
