That’s not in the bill. It simply maintains current government funding for four weeks to buy more time to work our immigration issues. Democrats don’t oppose a single provision of the bill.

There was no wall funding in the CHIP bill. It did make cuts to some other programs that aren't successful, but the Senate could have amended the bill and sent a different version back to the House. They chose not to do that and now here we are.
