This is a clean government funding bill that keeps the government open until February 16th to give more time to negotiate on a longer-term bill. Not sure what the issue is?

When you want to negotiate it will happen you are saying you want a shutdown more than a Dreamer resolution. That is the bottom line. Sometimes I wonder how this Congress can look at themselves in the mirror. Once you are elected, you represent all your constituents.
