BLACK ICE INFO: Temperatures quickly fall below freezing (if not already below) late this afternoon. Overnight temperatures plummet into the teens to around 20°F. Residual snow/ice will quickly REFREEZE on roads, creating black ice & very DANGEROUS driving conditions
