it is fear-mongering. We already have an effective vetting system for refugees - 0 attacks on US soil in 16 years.
Based on the classified briefings I've been through, I do not have confidence in the vetting system for a number of countries.

Most of these policies are temporary giving time for stronger policies and screening plans to be implemented. I think that's fair.
