I spoke w/ woman today who said this rule was stopping her from moving up at work. Hurts the people it was supposed to help.

It helps far more families, there are always instances in every situation. Money in people's pockets help them and the economy.

Of course, but the rule was flawed. Would also drive up costs, which are passed onto the consumer. Job creation would suffer.
