@RepByrne @the_blazerman Tend to agree but "natural disaster"? I know millions of gallons of crude leaks from ocean bottom but BP did this.
(1) I do not believe money from a natural disaster on the Gulf Coast should be used to fix a man-made "disaster" in Montgomery.

@RepByrne since it could have been prevented, certainly not a natural disaster. Still a disaster caused by BP.
