data shows downward trend because testing was interrupted. Data also shows Mobile county has tested about 4000 people while Jefferson county has tested almost double that, yet Mobile county shows more total deaths. Mobile needs more testing
Also, when more nursing homes report their deaths as well as deaths at home only then will we know the full extent of the spread of the disease. I'm all for getting folks back to work. How about investing in the manufacturing of items for COVID testing here in Mobile County

this can be included in the infrastructure stimulus. The money cannot just recreate what was here pre COVID19, it must address the future for the next 100 years
