Instead of ad hoc resupplies, why not de-politicize the effort and simply legislate that it can continue so long as unemployment/GDP is/are above X?
It is unimaginable that some in Congress are continuing to block a resupply of critical Paycheck Protection Program funds to the point that reserves ran dry this morning.
