I understand that many Alabama small business owners are having difficulty obtaining a Paycheck Protection Loan this morning. My staff and I have been in touch with the @AlabamaBankers and the @LeagueofSECUs and we are passing along technical issues to @SBAgov.
Our banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions have been great partners to help the federal government get this needed assistance out as quickly as possible. The technical issues this morning are not their fault, and the @SBAgov must address them quickly.

There are problems with the application for the other disaster loan too—the Economic Injury one. No place on the application for a Single Entity LLC which does not use an EIN number.
