So, honestly, this is a huge problem with Americans traveling, period. I'm not sure there are resources that can bring them home before clearly quarantined(unless they work for govt). Think of all the university students on study abroad--missionaries--people visiting relatives.

Putting people on a plane with people who likely HAVEN'T been exposed is a bad idea. And there simply aren't enough resources to get everyone home otherwise. And, the # of tests that have been done in the U.S. is SO LOW that we don't know how many people here have been exposed.

Mr. Byrne, with all due respect, they knew the risks of traveling to a hot spot and did it anyway. Now they want to come home and expose their community to it? As a citizen of Mobile, I say no thank you. They need to do their quarantine as anyone exposed is required to do.
