Im for that, but, once again, in the end the innocent tax payers will pay for the politician’s follies. Better to forbid sanctuary cities and prosecute the politicians who do not follow the laws and work with ICE.

So let me get this straight, the GOPs stance is that guns don’t kill ppl, ppl kill ppl. But if an illegal kills someone it’s the city’s fault? Does this mean that when someone shoots up a school with a legally purchased assault weapon, we can sue Congress for failure to act?

Yes the city is liable for damages when they purposly harbor known criminals and prevent police from turning them over to ICE, just as a person would be liable for loaning their gun out to a known felon and that person then ended up shooting someone.
