Exactly, they've only sent dozens of passed bills to the Senate, should've been hundreds. No ideas on infrastructure that don't involve skimming. Disgraceful. Baseless impeachment. Not like Bill Clinton's impeachment. Now that was an impeachment that needed to happen.
