In celebration of Public Schools Week, I have joined 72 of my colleagues in calling for greater recognition of public education in the US. Thanks to the parents, teachers, and administrators who help create a brighter future for our young people! #publicschoolproud #psw19pic.twitter.com/y2OrYKgCkq

The recognition of public education and the contributions of the teacher and administrators and the accomplishments of the students is valued.

If you care so much then you should oppose the 9 billion dollar proposed cut to the Department of Education budget, but we all know better than that.

In celebration you could do more in funding Public Education instead of promoting its outsourcing #PublicSchoolProud #PSW19

Publuc education is no longer the same as when I went to svhool years ago. Today's government schools are a threat to society because they indoctrinate collectivism which shreds our freedoms.

In celebration, move for elimination of the (unconstitutional) federal Dept of Ed?

If you truly believed this you would be against this Education freedom scholarships act. It has been proven that all these vouchers do is take money away from public schools, making tax payers pay for parents to use private schools, and it does not improve students outcomes.

You’d rather arm the teachers instead of do something about common sense gun laws because you don’t want to give up your NRA blood money. You vote against higher salaries for teachers, but vote for higher salaries for you and your colleagues.

Public schools need better counselors. We have disabled children who are not being taught per their individual plans, asked to be home schooled when they fail testing that affects accreditation, & singled out by teachers negative remarks. Stop this.
