Why didn't Repubs push this through during the 2 years you had control of of Government? Now without complete control you can vote on this bill with House voting against. Is a good way to avoid having to 1) take responsibility for it 2) blame Democrats when it doesn't pass.
This is a commonsense piece of legislation that will allow law-abiding citizens to continue to exercise their constitutional rights in a safe, clear manner.
