In the meantime, why not call @SenShelby today like I did today and urge him to vote on a veto-proof bill to end the #TrumpShutdown ? He's your Senator, too, you know.

Rep. Byrne, have you done anything to reach across the party isle? What positive and proactive steps have you personally taken to end the shutdown? If you are not working tirelessly towards a compromise that would end this shutdown, then you sir are a large part of the problem.
