Why isn't Georgia closing our borders? Governor Kemp is allowing these decisions to be made at the local level. What is best for Atlanta may not be what is best for Hoboken.

So, the germs do not spread there? I live in a one red light town, and we have it, and all the surrounding counties now have it. It's simple to stay at home for two weeks to combat this virus.
