When Buddy says, "you wouldn't believe..." he's making it up. Infanticide is illegal in the United States. Meanwhile, according to the CDC, 1.3% of abortions take place after 21 weeks, and these usually involve either severe fetal anomalies or conditions that endanger the mother.
