Rep Carter, you need to research PBMs changing their strategy so that $$$ is syphoned off through specialty drugs. Also PBMs are robbing states through Medicaid Managed Care. Worst of all is DIR fees. Significant % of $$ taken after the fact - pure thievery. We are losing big $$
