I’ve been trying to get one of these for a few years now! This “5 year rule” is trash!!! If you are currently service in the Guard or Reserves and have been off active duty for awhile this should be waived! Would you rather a seasoned VETERAN to help, or a cherry just off Active?

I called Mr.Carter’s DC office the said they would forward my information to Savannah and they would get in touch with me. That was over a week ago. It seems that it’s true, once you get into office it’s all about yourself. I really thought he was better than that.
