Green line is the decline in unemployment claims from 2010 through 2016, establishing a clear trend that has continued since Trump took office, albeit at a somewhat slower rate (the slope of the line). A good trend indeed!

Tax reform for businesses are not necessarily encouraging them to create living wage jobs. Hard to cheer for "job growth" in the 1st District when there is mostly minimum wage jobs being created.
